"The breakfast buffet was excellent. The head chef, Jan, did a terrific job. We also had a cooking class with Jan and Guide. It was very fun. We had a room with a swim out pool and it was very nice. The pool was an oasis. It was always clean and cool enough to be refreshing. We had a swim up bar. Ann was the bartender and we really appreciated her. She was quick and accommodating. The staff in all of the resort was so polite and friendly. We loved our stay at Sawasdee. "

"Beautiful property and very pleasant staff. No direct beach access but ten minutes from two very nice beaches. Cliff side sights are amazing, private pool was clean and wonderful after a very hot day. Minor fit and finish issues here and there and WhatsApp for communication is a bit of a hassle. Only two things Tythat stick out, the rest of the stay was wonderful. Thanks to them and the staff for a great week!"

"Everything was as expected but starting to do construction a floor above at 9am was a bit uncalled for. At least wait u til 11am and check out time to make it fair, i wasnt checking out but was hoping for a sleep in. Otherwise a bit of outdated bathroom fixtures that were leaking but for the price it wasnt bad all in all"

"Nice, relaxing hotel a little walk away from the hussle and bustle of Kata and its beach (5 min beach, 10 minute to nught market / food market). Swim up suites and rooms were spacious, cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff were very helpful and room service food was very good quality including the breakfast which was very good, lots of fresh fruit, pastries, Thai dishes and an egg / waffle station. Free shuttle bus to & from Kata / Karon beaches a few times a day. Taxi / tuk tuk prices...

"The staff was friendly and provided towels to use at the beach. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the wifi worked well. The location was great for walking to Kata Noi beach and to many restaurants. I will stay here again next time I visit Phuket!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Kata Palm we thought it was good value. It’s a beautiful serene setting especially the pool and the refurbished rooms are great. They are currently doing construction so you would want to check your room is away from any noise. The staff were all fantastic to deal with, especially Sutisa at the tour desk who helped with our activities. The area in Kata is near the beach and lot of great restaurants. The breakfast was fine, it changed daily and there was plenty to eat"

"as far as accommodations in Kata Beach, it is a great value. it's only a short walk to the beach and it has plenty of parking which parking is hard to find in Kata. 15 minute taxi ride to Patong Beach. very family friendly and not crowded like Patong Beach. definitely better for families."
