"Shuttle service was exemplary, no issues at all. The room was clean and, albeit a bit slow, the A/C was sufficient though not amazing. Breakfast was probably the low point, limited options and not very yummy but it was filling. (Buffet style). For the price and proximity to the airport, and the great shuttle service, would definitely use again. "

"This was my second trip to Vientiane, and I happily returned to the same hotel. While the room facilities and cleanliness were great, the breakfast at the 5th-floor terrace restaurant was truly the highlight of my stay. The view of the Mekong River and the city of Vientiane at dawn is simply unbeatable. I will most likely be staying here again on my next visit."

"We checked in but only stayed 40 minutes. Everything was bad, but the cleanliness of the bed and the incredibly poor state of the bathroom made the room uninhabitable. Do these places ever get inspected by Expedia? I understand that I probably paid a 'no refund' rate in advance, but is that enforceable in these circumstances? I would not even give it one star. AH"

"Dirty and in need of repair. Mattress was half concaved. Bathroom door didn’t shut properly. Wall literally peeling off. Only had one key card per room. Staff were not overly friendly. Would not recommend."
