"This property had outstanding hospitality. They treated us like family the day we checked in. The rooms and the rest of the property are very clean. Hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to and from the beach. Housekeeping crew works extremely hard to maintain the cleanliness of the property. The entire front desk team is professional and friendly. "I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!"

"The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes."

"We had an amazing stay at The Regent Grand. We couldn’t have imagined a better location and place in Turks and Caicos to spend our spring break. We stayed in room 409 and it was a fantastic view- clean and modern room with everything we needed. And as nice as the facilities are, the staff was even better. "I had a great stay at the Tides. The room was large and clean, the wifi was speedy, and there was plenty of parking. The Tides is just a few steps to the beach, and a 10 min walk to town, super convenient. The staff were friendly (especially Brenda and the gentlemen that work the grounds!), however the afternoon receptionist could use an upgrad in customer service courses. All in all, I would stay here again. "
