"Really great spot right downtown. Our unit didn’t face Wabash directly so the train noise wasn’t bad at all. The staff were super responsive and friendly. The only downside is that there is only one window in the unit and it faces brick walls and other unit walls/windows. Not really a problem if you are there to sleep and then head out for the day. But if you are work-staying, you might want a bit more daylight. Overall, I would recommend, for sure! "

"Beautiful hotel! Love the lobby bar and the rooftop seating with gorgeous fire tables offer lovely city landscape backdrops for amazing photos. Bonus points for being connected to Nordstrom/ my husband always appreciates sitting at the Nordstrom bar while I shop! "Walked to Millers Pub for Tom and Jerry’s, went to the Kringle market and rode the train to Wrigley felt very safe in the area. Room was clean and beautiful and you could feel the history of the hotel as soon as you walked in will definitely be staying again!!!!"

"Great spot to access Restaurants, Bars, and many attractions. Nice walk to Millennium Park, the Waterfront, and the Museum. We parked the car in the garage and walked everywhere with exception of taking an Uber to and from The United Center for a concert. "
