"This was our first hotel on our first trip to Japan. We made it there riding the railway and metro all on our own! The hotel has no staff on sight but they are readily available by email and at check-in via video conference. We didn’t receive the email prior to arrival with instructions on check-in but just a press of the doorbell, and staff let us in remotely and walked us through the check in process. "Very nice and tidy accomodation, the staff is very friendly and there's English speaking staff aswell. They helped us very well with any questions we had. Also very convenient location, it's close to Nipponbashi and Shinsekai and there's two metro stations within an 8 minute walk from the hotel. There's also a supermarket across the street and many restaurants nearby."
