"Brilliant stay. We stayed here for a weekend trip to go to phantasialand. Clean and spacious apartment. Walking distance to the shuttle bus to phantasialand. Shopping centre 2 min walk away and felt very safe, even when arriving at 2am. Very convenient and easy to use self check in pod for out of hours"

An excellent, spacious, and spotless apartment with a lounge featuring a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and two bathrooms with showers. A lovely surprise: underfloor heating. Warm hospitality from the staff on check-in. Fast check-out via a designated box by the door to the underground parking. Excellent parking facilities, ample space, available for an additional fee."

"This has been one of my favorite hotels to stay at. It is beautiful, cozy and has great attention to detail. The staff are very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond. The amenities, including those in the room are more than most hotels offer. I also asked for a late check and they said no problem and decided not to charge me the late check out fee, which was super nice of them. Love this hotel and cannot wait to return!"

"Was really impressed with this hotel! It’s in a great location with no more than a 10 minute walk to the Christmas market! The staff were super friendly and even offered us some umbrellas to take out for the day with us as it was raining."

"The property lacks any handicap accessibility. The elevator is like a matchbox which could never fit any assistance device (maybe a cane). The rooms are also neither accessible or for families. I requested information about air conditioning because of a medical disability that’s neither hot/cold tolerate. Never heard anything from the site. The room was horribly hot and the fan didn’t help. Resulted me getting sick the first day. I’m fortunate it didn’t result in a trip to the hospital. The...

"We only needed a bed for the night as we were attending a concert. The bed was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. We needed a taxi to get to the venue and they had one for us within 3 minutes. Fresh water, still or sparkling on demand at the front entrance. Shower snd restroom were cleaned and well stocked. The AC wotked great. We were comfortable all night. Fresh nespresso or tea in the AM. Would definitely stay there again"
