I only gave it a 4 because the room was pretty stuffy even though we turned the air all the way down it didn't seem to get very coo and we are hot natured . Otherwise everything was perfect!"

Was given a bar voucher (except bar not open) Staff friendly, very clean and well located - but problem solving turned into problem explaining and not resolving. Will use again, but surprised for this typically good brand of hotel."
