Hotels in Virginia Water

"We had an issue on the morning of checkout where the lights in the room did not work, so we had to use the torches on our phones to see. I tried to phone reception from the room phone but that did not work. When we mentioned it when checking out 30m later we were told that we should have reported it earlier! Also had intermittent issues with there being no cold water form the mixer tap which only ran hot water."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful advising us how to get around. The only thing we would say is no ac. We tend to stay on the hotter side being from Florida so we are used to ac or a fan but we wernt able to accommodate that. "

"I frequently stay at Hyatt Place on my arrival and departure days. It's very easy & fast to get there from the Heathrow central bus station, bus A4. It's typical Hyatt Place as in many other places. I like it. It's cheaper and roomy than most of the hotels in the center of London city. There is a small gym in the basement."
