"This place is absolutely lovely. Newly renovated, beautiful old home and the management could not be nicer. They communicated with me about my arrival and check-in, welcomed me warmly when I arrived, and wished me well on the interview I was there to attend. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The location is so close to the bus stop that I could see it from the windows in my room. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"We had such a lovely stay at this clean and friendly hotel. Breakfast was superb and the staff amazing. The hotel is ideally situated with free car parking and a few minutes walk to the bus stop where regular buses took you into Oxford. We dined in the restaurant of an evening and had well cooked meals. Service was a little slow but worth the wait. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again."

"While not brand new, I think this was my favorite hotel of the whole stay in the UK. It was close to the hub of Oxford, but on a side street that was nice and quiet. The room was spacious, and there was air conditioning, a fridge, and a tub. Couldn't have asked for better during our stay in Oxford!"

"The property offers self-contained rooms (bedroom, ensuite) in a shared common space. The rooms are clean and pleasant, the bathrooms are small but perfectly fine. The common facilities include a large, well equiped kitchen. Parking is available as long as you are comfortable pulling across the walkway to and from the busy road. You can walk to the city and close-by are the Cowley road restaurants, cafes and bars. This is an excellent option for a budget-conscious traveller."

"A nice b&b with welcoming staff. I had a good, spacious double en suite at top back of the house which was quiet. There was a continental breakfast. In a nice part of town with shops and eateries and only 5 mins by bus to centre."
