"The rooms and hallway carpets are quite worn. The bottom edge of the bathroom door showed signs of water and wear. My wife's mattress was a bit saggy. Minor splatter stains on the ceiling stucco. Room was near bar exit and resulted in customer loitering and waking me up at bar closing time. Parking lot was not fenced in a gave a feeling of insecurity for vehicles. Standing cigarettes ashtray outside bar had a minor fire in it resulting in tobacco smoke wafting around unchecked."
