"Hotel in front of Arena Monterrey, used by schooltrips so there are lots of kids and teenagers. Reception is crowded and busy, rooms are very basic. Not terrible but I would reconsider another hotel unless you are going to the Arena."

You can see attention to detail in everything from the decoration in the rooms to the windows that overlooked Paseo Santa Lucia. Get sunlight on the terrace and great selection of lounge music. "The room was spotless and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The desk was very attentive—we needed a walk-in shower and our first room didn’t have one. They moved us within minutes. Great location—walking distance to the Macroplaza and museums. It’s an old, elegant hotel in the center of the Barrio Antiguo. I’ll happily go back. "

"Te room was musky and had a felling of being enclosed. The towels are home towels and not hotel towels. It's not a hotel it's more of ablarge home adapted for room occupancy. The lobby is a kitchen and the office is under a stair case Wich makes it look adapted and unprofessional. There is also no parking. "

"This beautiful hostel with many renovated rooms, outdoor courtyard, colorful walls is so lovely! I could have stayed anywhere but the images I saw called to me and the reality did not disappoint! I hope the owners continue to monitor the viability of the mattresses snd perhaps offer a better cup of coffee.
