"Water clogging in Washrooms No cleanliness I booked 2 rooms for 3 pax & paid in full in advance but they told me I booked 1 room After showing the hotel voucher & payment receipt they finally agreed. Only 1 person for room service of 15 rooms in the property. Terrible room service They give packed snack boxes in the name of breakfast. No buffet To sum up, I will never go there again"

"We made a last minute trip and so stayed at the place we got. The place was awful. Sheets had blood stains and dirt on. Towels were dirty. We had the staff change the whole lot and asked them not leave any comforter and other things in our room that weren’t essential. I walked with flip flops on as I didn’t trust even the floor! They did have TP, which was good. The staff were kind, which was also good. But no amount of kindness can justify the awful nature of the room. What’s worst, the guy...
