The hostess was so friendly and accommodating - we arrived very early and they did their best to let us check in to our room as early as possible. "This is a huge hotel. Given that we travelled during off peak season, we practically had the e tire hotel to ourselves. The staff made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served daily - this is no buffet service. They had breakfast for us and it was a personalized service. The Front Desk Manager was super helpful in directing and guiding us during our stay. Excellent service and good location of property. About 4 minutes drive to main attraction Inchi Kala 👍"

"It was an excellent & fairly conveniently located hotel for exploring the old city. It's a bit of a long walk, but a quick & cheap taxi ride. The staff was also very kind & helpful, though clearly inexperienced with dealing with online reservations so the check-in process did take a bit of time. Also the room wasn't the cleanest. It wasn't bad—all the surfaces were clean & the sheets fresh—but, for example, the rugs in the bathroom had hair, & the harder to reach places had dust, so clearly the...
