"This is a huge hotel. Given that we travelled during off peak season, we practically had the e tire hotel to ourselves. The staff made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served daily - this is no buffet service. They had breakfast for us and it was a personalized service. The staff was also very kind & helpful, though clearly inexperienced with dealing with online reservations so the check-in process did take a bit of time. Also the room wasn't the cleanest.
