"It’s a beautiful property, but be aware that it is secluded and that the restaurant menu is quite limited and after a couple of days, we were happy to go elsewhere. The waiting staff was attentive and nice, front desk not as much (maybe the la guard barrier?)"

"In regards to the actual location of the hotel, it was excellent. However, there were some issues regarding the room location in the hotel itself. We had several heavy bags and my parents who are elderly, had to go upstairs, after leaving the elevator, and we had lift these heavy suitcases to get to their room. It would’ve been beneficial to know about this prior to booking these specific rooms as we probably could’ve made arrangements to have something more accessible."

One of your staff made dinner reservations for us in a very popular restaurant that was the highlight of our time in Cortona. And we very much enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Again the staff was always available for drinks and snacks. Would stay here again."
