"WE WERE THERE TO SEE MY GRANDSON WHO WAS AT FORT EUSTIS. WE WENT OUT FOR BREAKFAST WITH HIM ON SUNDAY, SO DIDN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FREE BREAKFAST. AS LONG AS THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, WE DIDN'T CARE ANY ANYTHING ELSE BUT TO SEE OUR SOLDIER."

"In town for class reunion and stayed here for the first time in many years. It was absolutely delightful. Staff couldn't have been more friendly (think southern hospitality on steroids) and helpful. We extended our stay for this reason. Had 2 meals in their restaurant and they were outstanding. Gift shop is can't miss its so unique and filled with fantastic gifts. We had king room with fireplace and realistically its more of a mini suite than just a room. We will repeat for sure."

"Check in staff, fast, courteous, well groomed. Lobby, well appointed, with many brochures of things to do in area. Nice fireplace. Breakest was great. Lots of choices and staff kept everything stocked.also very clean. Elevator, clean. "This was my 3rd stay at this inn. The inn is clean, homey, and friendly! The staff, the guests, the vibe, the location (proximity to William & Mary, and Colonial Williamsburg), and the food are AWESOME! It definitely feels like going to stay with good friends. This place is my favorite in Williamsburg and I will be staying there again for sure! Having said that, the inn does need some renovation. "I cannot say any negative about my stay- it was a quick one night stay - this is the 4th time we have stayed here since October of last year. It is conveniently located in the middle of the 2 places we needed to go- Gloucester Point and New Port News. When you walk in the first thing you notice is how clean it is- and then how nice the staff is. Will be staying here again in April! "
