"Booked this place last minute after my original plans fell through and could not be happier for the price! The room was on the smaller side but for our quick weekend trip it was exactly what we needed. Definitely an older property but a clearly well-loved and maintained one, you can tell from all the cute little details in the outside decor that they take pride in their presentation. (This is completely random but I was in LOVE with the slanted wood roof in the room! It added a nice ‘rustic’ touch to things.) The little balcony was appreciated, it’s not huge by any means but it fits two chairs and a little table and what more do you really need lmao Also this place is literally a straight five or six block walk down to the beach access so saving $15 in parking was fantastic! Pool wasn’t open yet when we stayed (looked like it was actively being cleaned for opening up soon), so can’t comment on that in the review. Looked nice enough though. All in all we had a great time here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we find ourselves back in the area."

"I will not stay here again. The chain lock on the door was broken, and no one was available to repair it. The television also did not work. A gentleman from the front desk came to assist, but he was unable to fix the issue. We were then informed that the only person who could repair it was at a party and would not be available until 11:00 p.m. The shower head barely produced any water, making it nearly impossible to shower comfortably. In addition, the refrigerator froze all of our food. We requested a different room, but the only available option was a smoking room. The reception area was unbearably hot. When I asked whether the air conditioning was broken, I was told that the owner does not allow staff to turn on the air conditioning in the lobby in order to save money. The beds, however, were comfortable, and the front desk staff were polite and friendly."

"The room is not cleaned unless you request housekeeping which we did and all we got were clean towels. The floor wasn't vacuumed, the bed wasn't made, trash cans weren't emptied. They ran out of clean towels. Someone in our party requested towels and was told the entire hotel only had two lean towels. There were kids running up and down the halls at all hours "
