"The onsens were really great. Awesome breakfast, worth the extra cost. Moderate twin family room has 2 beds , 1.5 twin size. Not small as a twin, but not big as a double bed. Manga room massage chairs and free use space room were all great touches . The Lawson and bus stop across the street were super handy. 10 minute walk to Mito Station . Perfect for a stay in Mito! Will return! "

Cleaning staff were very good and replaced the sheets/towels every day on time. However, the hallways, elevator, and rooms were in unacceptable condition. Most of the carpets just need to be replaced in the hallways. The elevator just needs to be cleaned. The room's utilities work, but everything is yellowed from smoke and decay. There were burn holes in the curtains and the whole room smelled of smoke. I checked other hallways with some being worse and some better. "
