"Had a great stay, last week, at the Simmons. Smack in the middle of Chocolate Ave, minutes walking distance to great food, shops, Hidden Still distilling right behind the hotel and Yah brewing. And for the price, you just can beat the value. There is so much history behind the Simmons. You just don't see family-owned motels anymore. Sandy at the front desk was most helpful. It was an easy check in. She was very knowledgeable of places to eat and things to do near by. Looking forward to our next...

"Nice old-school motor lodge motel. Helpful staff. Well supplied with all needed accessories including iron, fridge and microwave. Electric baseboard heat which is totally quiet and toasty warm. And offers one addition I’ve NEVER seen elsewhere this being two multi USB charging blocks. Thoughtful little touches abound. Perhaps the occasional spot on the furniture. Recommended. "
