10/10 Excellent
"Clean, classic hotel room. Offers great Sapporo city and surrounding area views. Convenient to two major rail stops. Walking distance to the Sapporo TV Tower. "
"This hotel has a lounge with live DJ! Great environment and very friendly staff. Location is centrally located and easy to access from the airport. Would stay again!"
"A beautiful hotel that was clean and modern. The staff was very welcoming and the location is fantastic. We are excited when we discovered the underground walkways that attached to the hotel. It is close to the station and other things to see. The dinner and breakfast buffet was wonderful. It had a big variety, there was something for everyone.
We will stay here again!"
"It’s a value for money stay. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel offers eco cleaning, with full cleaning every alternate day, so if you stay for 2 nights, there will only be eco cleaning where a clean bag of towels and amenities including water is provided. There are two restaurants offering Japanese and western breakfast which you will need to decide which one, and time you will go for breakfast at check in. The restaurants can be crowded and be prepared to wait in line even with you appointed time. The food is worth the wait, especially at the Japanese restaurant where the amount of fresh seafood and tempura awaits the diner. The only think I needs a lot of improvement is the wifi, it is not stable and sometimes not there. There is a good number of parking spaces for the guests, so even when you don’t get to park directly in the hotel, it is a few mins walk back to hotel which is fine."
"This is a beautiful hotel. We loved the lounge access that came with our rooms, the amazing breakfast and the public bath experience. The staff were extremely helpful in finding options for us to get to places and to find restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel."
