"Had an absolutely amazing stay. We had a wonderful room that had a lovely private patio. Breakfast was made to order, and always excellent. Plus there were always snacks and sandwiches, plus a nice little bar area. Everything was complementary. You could just leave some money if you wanted. The staff was beyond wonderful. They had a ton of suggestions for things to do, places to eat, even arranged for transportation to the airport. I can’t imagine we would ever consider staying anywhere else while in Lisbon. "

"The perfect location with a great rooftop restaurant and outside bar / sitting area. The morning breakfast had many choices and was a good start to the day. I had the ground floor apartment room and it was beyond expectations. It was spacious, two levels, and had a bathroom on each floor. The living area was very large and comfortable. I was able to walk to everywhere I wanted to go from this prime location. "

"The hotel is not as pictured. There is no bar or restaurant or rooftop availability. To My understanding there had been a fire in the restaurant area a few weeks before our stay and it was not disclosed at the time of booking (not sure if this is expedias problem) and the hotel agent wasn't too empathetic to my concern. Also the rooftop wasn't open either, she stated it's seasonal (also not mentioned in details of hotel). Small room. The area is close to shops but it's also loud late night from partiers. "

"This was the absolute best experience we’ve ever had at a hotel! The staff were incredible and always willing to help us. The hotel itself has many quiet places to relax, our favorite being the rooftop during sunset with a glass of wine! The fresh juices and coffee that were available all day were so appreciated for two tired tourist. The location is close to many popular locations, but just far enough away from it when you want to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. This was just one stop on our honeymoon adventure, but we both agree that this was our favorite hotel that we experienced on our trip. If you love a personal hotel experience that makes you feel welcome and relaxed, this is the hotel for you!"
