"Wow, the apartment was larger and even more beautiful than the pictures. Beautifully renovated and almost new. Washer was a huge plus. Kitchen was perfect and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Super silent. They left some nice arrival gifts that were simply perfect. The recommendations are lovely. There is a wonderful little place “by the wine” which was simply delightful. Close to everything and so walkable. I can’t recommend more the Ando living apartment. Thanks to the Ando team. "

"Check-in is ridiculous. They make people wait forever to check in. Don’t bother showing up to check in before 3. They still won’t let you in until 3:30/4. They make you sit in the lobby - with a bunch of other people trying to check in."

"Beautiful new hotel in the Santos district of Lisbon. Short walk to all of the attractions of the city centre, with the nearby Belem district also easily accessed from Santos station. The hotel itself was spotless, and the room was really modern and brilliantly designed with everything needed for an excellent stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was delicious! Will absolutely be staying here everytime we visit Lisbon. "
