If you are using the Eurostar high speed trains and need to stay the night in Brussels, the Pullman Hotel is the best option by far. It is essentially on top of the Brussels Midi/Zuid station, and you never need to leave the building to get to it. Don't make the mistake I did and go outside with rolling suitcases. Some sadist decided to put in pavement that is next to impossible to roll anything on, but inside there are smooth floors that make it easy.

Very nice hotel next to the Central train station. The room we had was large, good air conditioning and was very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was within about 10-12 min to the Grand Place and to the vibrant nightlife.

I recently stayed at Warwick and had a great experience! It was the perfect location to see much of Brussels main attractions as well as many dinning options. It’s also in a very safe location and in close proximity to a metro station. The staff was very helpful when we inquired about travel within the city and kept our room perfectly clean!
THIS is a superb choice. We felt safe and oriented because it is near multiple forms of transportation. The hotel is very clean, the hotel staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast would be reason enough alone to stay here: the choices are first class and inmaculately presented. The breakfast staff are polite and efficient. I flew in from the US in the morning and went to the hotel 3 hrs before checkin time. The staff was super efficient in getting me the first available room from housekeeping. And I was able to refresh before going on to the walking tour of Brussels. Bar staff is super nice too, drinks variety excellent. Highly recommend!

Good location - less than 10 minute walk to train station. about a 5 minute walk to the "grand place" Room was sizeable. Good bed.. pillows a bit on the soft side. Bathroom was good size. Had a large soaking tub. Shower head was great.
This is a beautiful hotel and the room is very spacious. The shower room and the toilet are in 2 separate rooms so it is very convenient for the family. The room is spacious and decorated very well. There is house keeping service daily if you put the sign out on the door knob. There is a water refilling station near the Gym so you can get free and unlimited filtered water.

Hotel is in great location. Good amenities, clean and decent room size. However what makes any stay better even if other issues arise is the personnel. I have to say everyone that I came across were so hospitable and doing their job to the higher level.
