The houses were thatched roof with amazing wood beam rafters for support on the inside, very high cielings - very good temperature control. The pool was closed, the gym was 1km away and the staff did not know about the hiking paths. The food was good, and the spa person was very good. We asked for some repairs on our room and rather than doing a quick fix as required the room was not available for the entire afternoon. The staff were aware of the issues mentioned and comped us a meal, but the point of choosing...
