In South Africa, too many people have hijacked at gates so I left rather than wait for them to respond. They finally called me back 17 minutes later. - but by then it was too late. Waiting for them to open the gate at night could have resulted in my kidnapping and murder - it's a scary thought. Now they're telling me they won't refund my money because I didn't wait at...
