"We booked this place and were casually told that they had another family in the unit and so they were overbooked. All this happened last minute. If you choose to book this property, be aware that you can get bumped last minute and find yourself looking for another hotel in a foreign country. "

"Checking was at 14h00 and only they gave us the key after 15h00. The place wasnt clean, mayonase in the oven, bathrooms dirty and the towels were still drying in the dryer. No soap or shampoo to bath. The place had a bad odour. Vomit in the passage outside the apartment without cleaning. We expected way more as it was supposed to be a presidential suite and penthouse, but we stayed on the 12 floor and there were 14 floors. What we paid for is not what we got. Im sorry but we wont recommend this...

"The property was amazing, lots of vegetataion and majestic palm trees by the pool. The houses were thatched roof with amazing wood beam rafters for support on the inside, very high cielings - very good temperature control. The staff was amazing at the location, Tracy provided excellent service and really cared with her heart. Stan Stret"
