"This is my second stay at Solterra and I've just completed my first month here — having extended from an initial 2-week booking to a full month, and then extended again for another month upon arrival. That pretty much says it all. What won me over immediately was that the staff remembered me by name from my previous visit. That kind of genuine warmth and attentiveness is rare, and it's what made me decide to stay longer rather than move to another property. The location in Seminyak is very convenient — just a 10-minute walk to the beach, which I find to be one of the least polluted stretches compared to Canggu. The pricing is also very attractive, especially for the quality you get. The manager, Pandu, is wonderful — genuinely attentive and goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The rooms are very well-suited for long-term stays, which is not always easy to find. And one thing that truly sets Solterra apart: the pool is actually functional for swimming. It's not just a decorative dipping pool — at 4ft deep, you can get a proper swim in, which is a huge plus for those staying extended periods. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a longer stay in Bali. Great value, great staff, great location."

"We booked a very last minute stay and it was such a delightful surprise. Our rooms were spacious and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we wanted for nothing. Zia Tina restaurant was a lovely spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner and every meal we had there was amazing. Our first visit to Bali and we definitely weren’t disappointed. Thanks to everyone at Kleo for making our stay so fabulous. "

"The Kanvaz staffs were amazing and welcoming upon arrival. The rooms were beautiful, however there was a weird, loud clunking noise that comes intermittently every 15-20 mins or so. I think it’s just a pipe issue. Otherwise, the food was awesome! Their oxtail soup is wonderful. Pool was amazing. Clean, modern room. "

"Towel and bed sheet had a blood stain, dust everywhere, toilet and shower had virtually no proper lighting, whole experience was quite creepy. No items in minibar and the safe ran out of battery when checking out, delayed check out by 30 minutes as engineer had to come to fix it. "

"Our absolute favorite stay in Bali. This was our second time back to Equilibria Seminyak and it was outstanding. This place is so special to us because we got engaged here and it remains our number one favorite stay. We were even upgraded from a Pool Villa to a Waterfall Villa which was totally worth it. The service is great. Every single staff member is extremely polite friendly and helpful. The entire property is very clean and neat and you can tell how much thought goes into everything. We loved the pool area and the gym is fantastic it is nicely equipped and very clean and we used it most days. The free 20 minute couples massage we received was absolutely amazing. I am very fussy with food and I am so happy to say the à la carte breakfast is the best I have ever had. It is carefully prepared and beautifully presented I honestly cannot rave about it enough. The location is super great. You are so close to all the action but you cannot hear a single sound from the busy street due to their special noise cancellation. It is a total oasis. If we had to be really picky for improvements the cocktails and room service food are good but maybe not quite as outstanding as that fabulous breakfast. We would also love to see more on site activities offered since the facilities are so amazing and we would love to engage more with the staff and other guests. That said we are super happy and grateful for our stay. We loved it so much and will be back. Thank you ♥️"
