"The location is convenient, and the room is spacious and very clean. However, upon checking in, we discovered an issue with the air conditioning. It took an hour before they finally moved us to another room. The staff lacked a proactive attitude in handling the problem and there is definitely room for improvement."

Except 1 lift is under maintenance during our stay (2 nights) and waited long for the lift as only 1 lift in use. Overall great experiences. "
