Communication is excellent, in english. Make sure you have whatsapp. Check in and out is a breeze, easiest in my experience and i travel a lot. Apartment is comfortable, clean, and had all i needed. Had no trouble with check in if you read the instructions. Fabulous shower and quality soaps. Washer and dryer work well. Note they are small and take some time- bring your own detergent. "

"Location was top, in the heart of brera, most charming neighborhood of Milan. Walkable from major attractions and restaurants around. The suite was very clean and comfortable, very big room with a v. big bathroom. Felt very safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling, and gave very good recos. All in all, amazing experience, I would definitely stay there again next time I’m visiting!"

"I’m booked this to be close to Santa Maria della Gracie (Last Supper). Perfect - easy walking distance. A tram stop close nearby, restaurants a short walk. Slightly difficult to spot as it is on the first floor with unobtrusive entrance, a little hard to spot."
