I arrived before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time and took a walk around the area. It has a nice view of the downtown Denver skyline, and is somewhat close to the hogback. The area is being developed, and construction is ongoing.

"Because our stay was preceded by a week of camping we were delighted to have on site laundry facilities. We chose the site originally because of proximity to family. We found it very easy to access the community and to park when we returned. Breakfast had many options that was alway fresh with a very nice seating area. The room had plenty of space and the beds & pillows were very comfortable."
