"Loved the property as it was almost fairytale like. The staff was lovely and did everything possible to help us navigate the area. It is not easily reached by train and Uber is non-existent, but the property and its location is 5 star. Breakfast was included and it more than exceeded my expectation. If you are have a car, put this on your Favorites List. "

"Easy train to Garmisch. Quiet and staff were so friendly and helpful. They even had stamps for sale for our letters and postcards. Breakfast was excellent with a big variety of foods, even an omelet/egg station. Train to Eibsee/Zugspitze is a mini block away and takes you right there (train passes provided to us as part of our stay). Great experience and would return"

"This is a wonderful hotel. So friendly and helpful. Super breakfast buffet. Classic Alpine/Tirolean aesthetic. Extensive spa facilities. Good wine list. It is listed on some websites as ski-in/ski-out, which is not accurate. However it was no problem. There is a free bus to the lifts, takes just 2 minutes, very easy and reliable service.
