"Booked a stay for a long layover. Complimentary shuttle to and from airport was a great service. The hotel was surrounded by gates and a security guard. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for a couple hours of rest. Shower worked great, although the water toggled between hot and cold for part of the shower. We felt safe and well cared for."

"I had a wonderful comfortable room with ensuite. It was quiet and clean, the staff were very friendly. There is a driver if you want to go on any tours. The breakfast was lovely, there was no buffet as it was low season, but an al a carte menu and snack menu were available. I just found the place so relaxing with amazing gardens and wildlife, I loved that it wasn’t busy."

"Spotlessly clean. Great showers, comfortable beds. Very friendly, kind and accommodating staff. It’s a great place to start or end your trip to Kenya as it’s in a quiet, peaceful part of Nairobi, with a beautiful secluded garden full of birds. The on site cafe provides a good selection of food and drink. There is a little shop on site selling items made by women at a project to support their lives. We loved it here."

"I really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn first off. They had a very great variety for breakfast and really tasty as well and the staff very very helpful especially John at the front desk. He was so helpful to us even when we had issues trying to make him piss up payments, you know he was very willing, giving us suggestions on what to do to make things easier for us towels were very clean. They were very white bedsheets felt really soft and nice. Yeah the mattress as well, really comfortable...

"I really enjoy my stays at Emara Ole sereni. Everyone there is so friendly and the rooms are well kept, and I really enjoyed having a balcony this time. I can mention a few people who helped make my stay great: Peter Erick at security, Samuel, Lucy, Alex from the front desk, Brian, and Eunice from the shops, and there are so many more people at the hotel I cannot name. This is the only hotel that I stay at when I am in Nairobi. "
