"Had a really nice stay here. Used it as my base in Hanoi and went on trips from here and always came back. They stored my luggage for several nights when I was away on trips, I used the laundry service and it was ready when I returned from trip. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Not huge selection but eggs made the way you want them every morning. Good value for money."

"The rooms are not up to western standards. Mouldy, damp and grimy. The kitchen utensils are kept on dirty racks and drawers. There’s no teatowels or dish rack. The bathrooms are covered in black mould. You might get a window but you can’t open it. We had about 4 cockroaches in our room during our short stay. Don’t waste your money."
