Since they dont have a front office, i ended up standing outside the building with my luggage at check in time without being able to contact them. I lost my money and they refused to refund. "

"Exceptional Boutique Hotel with period furniture, rich paintings, large rooms, excellent decor, well maintained small hotel. The building is a Heritage building converted from an old telephone exchange and post office. Location is on Oxford Road, next to Metro station, and is close to Rosebank Mall - they provide Golf cart service. Safe location. Staff is excellent and responsive and friendly. The breakfast is very good. Very happy with the stay and would consider it again."

"In the bedroom: - torn and not very clean sheets - unpleasant smelling cushions - the duvet smells unpleasant - in the bathroom, no soap, no face towel In the living room: Torn sofas Unpleasant-smelling floors and cushions Very dirty house in general. "The apartment's location is excellent, just a short walk from the Rosebank mall. However, several issues during our stay left a sour taste. Upon arrival, we noticed a musty smell in the sofa or throw rug, despite spraying with Lysol. Additionally, the walls and ceiling showed signs of cracks. Maintenance issues were also a concern, with three non-functional outlets and a leaking washer/dryer. While the host was responsive, a pre-check inspection would have revealed these problems. I could not...

"The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and felt like home away from home. I would recommend that they add a sachet of milk with the complementary coffee. Otherwise my stay was pleasant. "
