"Very good location, just 3 blocks from the Alameda square. So the square, the walking street and even up to the Zócalo are in walking distance. The direct neighborhood of the hotel is not that fancy like Roma Norte, but you will also find bars and cafés. The hotel is in the upper floor of a small mall which was under construction in 2026/04. But this was only related to the ground floor, the hotel itself was not affected by the construction work, but when you arrive late in the evening it might...

"Hotel Catedral was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was great and was in a great location. Our kids liked the breakfast buffet, especially the pastries :) The balcony bar was really nice with a great view of the catedral and the historic area. We had the unfortunate timing of our visit being during a few days of protests during our stay which closed off roads around the area as well as the main Zocalo itself being closed off for world cup preparations but nothing that...

"The area is very close to subway stops and it is an easy walk to Historic Centro. Chinatown is also close by and that is a very interesting place to visit. While there are many auto parts shops that are open during the day, this part of Luis Moya can seem a bit deserted in the evening, night time, however it is very safe to walk around the neighbourhood.
