"Oh, I did so much searching! I wanted to be walking distance to mostly everything. We were greeted and given our instructions for entry and what nots, then it was off to races. Room is elegant, clean, spacious, bed comfy, spacious bathroom with hot water and good pressure, ac and heat, breakfast brought to the room every morning (you choose what time), tho after the 3rd day you could really have a different choice but none the less, great. It was really a great stay, and they focus on details and customers. Would love to stay there again when visiting Venice. "

"A good sized apartment, located 10-12 minutes walk to St Mark's Square and 5 minutes walk to cross Pont dell'Accademia. It had everything functional in an apartment. Many restaurants, bars and shops around the apartment. The host is very nice and responded to all of our questions quickly. The king bed was comfortable, the single folding bed was less comfortable. It would be nice if there was a screen to stop water splashing when taking a shower. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay."

But also short walk to Academia bridge & squares & good restaurants. We utilized the Allileguna upon departure to get us to airport & it was short 2 block walk. "

"It is tucked away from busy areas but convenient to Salute and Accademia water bus stations. The Peggy Guggenheim Museum is a quick and easy walk. Breakfast was fantastic. "

"This is an apartment in a 500 year old building. On the canal, large space with extra TV room. Nicely furnished small bathroom but nice. Very nice staff, and we were on the 4th top floor and there are no elevators. 54 stairs. Excellent buffet breakfast for 15 euros. Good Italian Venice experience."
