"This hotel was absolutely amazing! Could not fault it! The hotel itself was modern, clean and beautifully decorated. The room was big and comfortable, with complimentary drinks and snacks! And finally, the staff! They were incredible, so friendly and cheerful! They couldn’t do more for us! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone! "
"The Blue Lagoon was a great hotel. We got a great rate due to traveling in the low season. The room was nice and clean, and the AC worked great. The breakfast was delicious, and had many options including made to order omelets and eggs. The pool was also a nice touch. Great to cool off on a hot day. The lady at the front desk even loaned us her umbrella when we were going out on a tour. The location was also great. Would definitely recommend for a stay."
"The hotel was clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately, our room experienced a water pipe leak from the toilet bowl at around 2am, which partially flooded the area. The staff responded promptly and relocated us to another room without hesitation. As a gesture of apology, they provided a complimentary meal voucher and arranged a free airport transfer.
Despite the incident, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service."
