"Brand new hotel in the BaoAn district of Shenzhen. Relatively up and coming area with lots of construction still going on. Room is large and service is great - got a free upgrade at checkin. "

"The Japanese restaurant service needs improvement. We were told on Sunday the buffet price was 278/ person, the next day would be 248/person. We came in the next day, Monday, we were refused service because it’s 8:40pm by 2 young girls. Then another woman told us we could eat there but we can only order once and the price is 278/person except lady customer. Internet is very slow and needs to be reconnected every day (sign in). You also need a China mobile number to sign in to the internet....
