"Dated decors. We stayed in a panaoramic king bedroom and our friend stayed in a premier king bedroom. His bedroom looks newer and air condition works better. The breakfast buffet has an average variety. Hotel is conveniently located near lots of dining and shopping. Also walking distance to Futien train station."

"Room is spacious and the hotel conveniently situated near the Laojie MRT station. It is also relatively new and hence clean. It is just next to the 1234Space Mall & Dongmen Pedestrian Street. For travellers to Hongkong, the hotel is just 2 stations away from the Luohu terminal station. Overall, it is a good place to stay in Shenzhen."

"There are little shops in the neighborhood because it’s close to Tianmian Village. The hotel was clean and staffs were friendly. But it’s not super close to a subway station. And there is no regulations on laundry use, some people will just leave their clothes in washer or dryer without taking out on time. "

"Property is hidden in the back of the plaza. It was sort of hard to find in the beginning. Room is good size and clean. Comes with everything you would need while traveling. There's not much to eat around in the plaza,need to walk about 10 mins to get to another street to find food, salons and etc. Best thing about Property is that the staff are very helpful and nice people!"
