For getting around buy the Navigo Easy which can be topped up at most stations. We bought ours on the Eurostar which comes loaded with two tickets, no queuing at Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay again."

Situated in a locality with many residents so not typically crowded with tourists which is always lovely as it allows us to experience the Parisian and French way of life. The food everywhere was outstanding with excellent presentation, and we always got served quickly. Also the coffee culture is first rate, no need to ask for anything but what the locals prefer. "This was our first night on our journey and we arrived very early. The staff was happy to store our luggage while we explored Paris. The location is quite near the metro which made transportation easy. There were lots of restaurants near by and in the morning we were able to walk to Notre Dame along peaceful and safe streets. We loved our time and would most definitely return should we find ourselves in Paris again."

"We loved the location in Dumesnil. Very close to supermarkets, eateries and the metro. Just a 25 minute train ride into central Paris. The staff were all very obliging and they have an excellent breakfast option. The room we chose was very compact but worked for us. Overall our stay was a very pleasant experience."
