"Great location. Right in the heart of Ginza. Lots of luxury shopping near by & access to Ginza subway line station. 15 walk to Tokyo Central Train station. Rooms are very clean and spacious , comfortable bed & great rain shower. Opted one day for the all you can eat breakfast which had assortment of fresh baked goods, fruit, salad bar, freshly squeezed OJ, granola, greek yogurt & variety of cheeses. Can also order à la cart. Overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend. "

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. English speakers available all day. The rooms were clean and had cutlery and diahware. Close to 7-11 and family mart. Close to metro. Central location for sightseeing and not far from Tokyo station. This is in a business district, do you won't feel immersed in Japanese culture, but nice staring ending point for the day as you explore Tokyo."

"One of the best locations in Nihonbashi. Right next to Tokyo Station. Tons of great restaurants. Two dept stores close by, Daimaru and Takashimaya. Easy to get to other spots in city. Quieter area, less crowded, has everything you need. The rooms are spacious with kitchen and washer dryer. Staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend."

"Location is perfect for shinkansen, metro and train. The room has great view, cleaning, amenities and comfort. All Staff(concierge, bellboy, reception, restaurants, lounge, room service, cleaning) were helpful, excellent and they do their work with extra care. All food and beverages (breakfast, lounge, room service and at restaurants) are very delicious with high quality ingredients). Thanks a lot to Mr. Matthias and all Shangri-La Tokyo Staff for this great hospitality and created value."

"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"
