The views from the rooms and common areas were simply breathtaking, the bed and pajamas so comfy (I even bought one), the breakfast very delicious (“umae desu”!) !! "I will definitely book a room at the Gracery next time I stay in Shinjuku. Rooms are very new and better size and layout than the dated APA hotel options next door. Bathroom was huge with a separate room for the shower and tub. Breakfast buffet was the best Ive had in Japan: tacos, salad bar, veggies, meats, coffee bar, desserts and lots of other more typical breakfast fare options. "Expensive but worth the peace of mind as it’s a stop on the Airport Limousine Bus. Staff is helpful and made luggage forwarding easy. Breakfast lounge on one of the top floors was included in our stay and that was delicious. We also enjoyed the floor with panoramic views. It’s not in a particularly busy part of the city so it took about 10 min to walk to Shinjuku station every time but it was not a deal breaker for us as we are used to traveling by foot to the transit when we visit Japan."
