"This was my first trip to Thailand. The Pullman G is right on Silom Road, perfectly situated at the end of the busiest part. The property is beautiful, and the view from the rooms amazing. All the staff were super nice (and fluent in English). I highly recommend the restaurant on 37th Floor. The food was world class, very reasonable in price, amazing service, and views you will remember. Served until 10:00 p.m. which helps if you're jet lagged. :-)"

"Run away!!!! Reservation made 2 months in advance (3 rooms) and paid. Arrived at the hotel at 7:30 pm. Reservation canceled by the hotel but not refunded. Offer via the app not expensive enough for the hotel. Staff and owner laughing at the situation. We were given the choice of paying more for new rooms or leaving. We had to take rooms in another hotel to rest while waiting for Hotels.com to take care of it."
