"4 stars were given because all the electrical outlets in the unit did not have power. As a result, we could not charge our phones, laptop and Apple watch."

"nice enough hotel with amazing views from the roof pool into Kuala Lumpur. staff try hard and the cleaners are all amazing. breakfast is meh. Just needs a little spruce up. Would be happy to stay here again."

"Room was clean, spaces. Host helpful. Not enough cooking utensils and no toiletries. Hall way to the room dusty and messy due to under construction. Be aware just book standard room, superior room waste of $ not much different beside room arrangement. Will not book again."

"Two day stay. The pool is great. Make sure you get the "new" part of the hotel. There was no wi-fi in the old section and it was in poor condition. The new section was much better. "

"Ideal location as it is very close to KLCC. There is MRT station at walkable distance, restaurants at walkable distance, and even hospital right across from hotel. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. James and Michael specially were very courteous."

"The room was very nice ,however from time to time it has some smell. I cleaned the room myself every 2nd day. I had to open the window inorder not to have that smell. It seem the smell is from the bathroom. Its away from all major places ."

"24 hrs front desk with all staff always provide good courteous service. Daily room service. Clean, breakfast fairly good. Location to access Chow Kit station 5 mints walk can go on Mono rail for many malls, attractions. Will go back again."
