"The rooms advertised on Hotels.com are different from what you get. My booking was for "extra sitting space" and and an "outdoor patio" that can sleep three persons. However, the receptions informed me that the extra sitting space was the patio. disappointed on the front. The add needs to be clarified."

"From checkin to check out it was chaotic. The overnight guy checked in was irritated that I came at 5 am to check in even though I told them that I am flying internationally and my flight lands at 2 am. So I will checkin around 5 am. As soon as I went inside the room, it was dirty, sheets not changed and very bad smell in the room. Poor guard helped me to change the sheets even though it’s not his job. "Street is very quiet, away from the hustle/bustle of the city. Front desk staff were very accommodating, kindly receiving Swiggy orders and always quick to open doors. Would definitely stay here again."

"Evergreen Suites is a reasonably priced guesthouse in a very nice area of Delhi, convenient to Defence Colony Market, and a short taxi ride from the New Delhi train station, Connaught Place, and many other central locations. I've stayed here 3 times recently and the room is always clean and comfortable. The family style breakfast is excellent, and the manager was very helpful in arranging taxis for me. I will continue to stay here on my visits to Delhi, and recommend it to others as well."
