"Cleanliness was poor, maintenance was poor, bedsheets were dirty, for breakfast there were only sandwiches and boiled eggs. Actual charges were £25 but your website charged £40. That only proves non reliability of site."

"Cassava was a great stay. It was a bit small for 3 adults but clean and had all the facilities like the washer to wash your clothes and hot breakfast of their choice. It was easy to find a transport outside. One con was that we got stuck in the elevator a few times but we rang the alarm and residents were able to make the lift move. Next few times we took the stairs up to the 3rd floor. The owner was easy to work with. Will recommend in the Patel nagar area."

"Indian guests only. No foreigners allowed to stay. No mention of this on Expedia website. No explanation offered or given by receptionist staff as they didn’t know. Unable to stay and was relocated to another Fabhotel called Marble Arch which was in a very unsafe area and run down/dirty. Staff tried best to accommodate but it wasn’t their problem. It was FabHotel Galaxy. Fabhotel said they it was problem of Expedia who left out important information about ‘no foreign guests’. I question this...

"Sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem großen und sehr bequemen Bett. Mein Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und das Badezimmer hat alles was man braucht. Ich habe hervorragend geschlafen trotz Zimmer Richtung Straße. Das Personal an der Rezeption sind freundlich und als ich gewartet habe, wurde ich mit Chai Masala bedient. Alle sehr freundlich hier."
