"Excellent hotel with clean room, private onsen, good amenities. Our room had separate toilet and shower rooms, which was convenient since we were traveling with family so both rooms could be used simultaneously. Underground parking included, with parking attendants to help guide traffic if needed. Close to the main street so could walk up and down to see the stores and restaurants."

A few days before check-in, I received a message about the room, and on the day we arrived, I specifically requested a room that matched the photos. Unfortunately, my request was rejected and we were told that no changes could be made. Additionally, there was noticeable noise in our bedroom caused by water flowing through the pipes whenever other rooms finished using the hot spring. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay as we were unable to sleep well."
