"We had electrical issues and the staff was extremely helpful. They made sure we were accommodated and gave us extension cords. The hotel is located right next to a train station that takes you in to Central Tokyo in about 30-40 minutes. It is also beside a FamilyMart convenience store and a grocery store and a great 24hr restaurant."

"Everything was awesome except for the mattresses being too firm. Im not picky but these were the hardest mattresses weve ever experienced. The first night we were so tired we didnt care, but 9 nights was long enough that our sleep suffered. Staff was very polite, laundry room was convenient. Surrounding area had plenty of shopping and dining and kashiwa station was next door almost."

Felt like got ripped off because Orbitz already used all of my Orbitz bucks on this reservation. The hotel is more like apartment building located FAR from central Tokyo. Exactly 1 hour from Shibuya station. It's close to Aoto station, which runs by other company that is not Toei Subway or JR, so ended up paying more for train...
