"This location is close to the airport with airport shuttle service available. They have a luggage scale in the lobby and a convenience store open 24 hours which was very beneficial. The room is spacious and perfect for a family. "

Stayed for the first 2 days of my trip to adjust to the time change. Bed was very stiff but I think that’s common in Japan. Air conditioning worked great. Lawson in the lobby made getting snacks very convenient. Would recommend. "

"4/12/2026 around 11:30am, I arrived early and left my bags at the front desk so I could explore. When I finally checked in later, I was so touched to find that the staff had already moved my luggage up to my room. It was such a thoughtful, professional gesture that truly made me feel welcome."
