"The hotel was great, close to the train station, shopping, restaurants. Our room was great, had a small balcony. The hotel is unique and onw of our favorites, will absolutely stay there again if we ever travel back to Zurich."

The facility is great, but we find the room a little smaller for 2 people. Breakfast is good with a few choices to choose from and staff are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. "Walking distance to the train station. Great restaurants are just 15 min walk. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was excellent, worth adding it as an extra. Our room was next to a building that was in the midst of renovation so a bit noisy early morning. "

"Staff is very unhelpful. The room smelled like actual poop, we think it was the carpet. The hotel itself is very weirdly designed, with stairs and elevators that go to half floors and parts of the building that don’t seem to connect. Honestly would not recommend this hotel. "

"Ideal location, comfortable room. Shower was nice, but water gets on the floor in the bathroom (it gets super steamy). Great staff. They have outlet converters you can borrow. There are stairs to enter through the front, no stairs if you go around the corner to the back entrance "
